In order to answer all support questions from clients Monotch arranged several support portals. The portals are split up into three different themes: Developer Support, Data Support and TLEX Support.

- Access to the TLEX support portal and associated knowledgebase is reserved to authorized TLEX organizations. Employees of these organizations can register via the portal → 24×7 support, hot-line and knowledge base
